Large green plants | Tropical feel indoors
Many of our unusual large houseplants are also surprisingly easy to care for despite their exotic appearance. Growing a large plant indoors requires more space but is absolutely worth it if you want a tropical feel at home.
Different kinds of large plants
Our large plants include not only houseplants but also large trees such as cocoa tree and other tropical fruit trees. These need to be pruned to keep them at a reasonable size indoors and become an incredibly unique decoration. Large plants can be placed as floor plants which contributes to the natural tropical feel these plants give. Many of these plants also have large leaves which fill the room with a feeling of a rainforest indoors.
An example of a tropical plant with large leaves is the Banana plant, which is a fast-growing tree indoors. The banana tree quickly grows large leaves that increase indoor humidity. The banana thrives in bright light and needs a large pot to grow quickly.
We also have large plants that do not need light, such as Monstera deliciosa, various varieties of Philodendron, Calathea and Anthurium. Big leaves were the name and with these easy-care houseplants you get a lot of leaves for your money. These easy-care large plants are perfect for homes with less light.
