BENEFICIAL INSECTS INFO: Products from the beneficial insects collection are shipped only on Mondays, and orders must be placed by 8:00 PM on Sunday. Orders placed after 8:00 PM on Sunday will not be shipped until the following week. It is not possible to purchase beneficial insects for in-store pickup. All beneficial insect orders are shipped directly to your address. Shipping is free of charge. Beneficial insects cannot be purchased together with a heatpack.

HEATPACK INFO: If you have selected the “Winter Shipping” option, a heatpack is included, which we activate before shipping.
