READ BEFORE PURCHASING A HEAT PACK

How it works:

You choose the "with heat pack" shipping option
Our packer will then add one activated heat pack to the package.

You choose the "with heat pack" shipping option and also add 1, 2, or more activated heat packs to the shopping cart
All heat packs will be activated. It is then your responsibility to ensure that the plants are not damaged or dried out due to the heat from the heat packs. :)

Our advice:
Small order → 1 heat pack is enough.
Large order → 2 heat packs are enough. No more!
We will place them appropriately in the package.

You only choose heat packs that are not activated
None of the heat packs will be activated unless you write in the order comments: "Activate one heat pack."

If you add too many activated heat packs to your order, we will send the number we deem appropriate for the package :) Thank you for your understanding!

Beneficial insects are never shipped with heat packs – the money for the heat pack will be refunded.

If you only order soil or accessories along with beneficial insects, we will simply not include the heat pack in your order. This is because beneficial insects are shipped directly from BioBasiq and not from us, and there is no reason to put a heat pack in an order that only contains soil or other accessories.

Thank you for your understanding!
