Sansevieria x 'Rookie' is a beautiful Thai mother-in-law's tongue hybrid with round, silvery-grey-green leaves and bold dark green stripes. According to the breeder, it was developed to remain more compact than many other sansevierias, making it perfect for smaller spaces and collectors.
This hybrid is not difficult to grow and is one of the few succulents that works really well as a houseplant.
Care
Thrives in bright, filtered light but is shade-tolerant like most sansevierias. Let the soil dry out completely between waterings; overwatering is the most common problem. Use well-draining cactus or succulent soil.
Likes warmth and should not be exposed to temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius. Ideal temperature 18-26 degrees Celsius. Water very sparingly during winter. Buy Sansevieria x 'Rookie' online!
