Hoya sp. Bengkulu, även känd som Hoya 'Rindu Rafflesia', är en exotisk tropisk växt inhemsk i Bengkulu-provinsen i Indonesien, belägen på sydvästkusten av Sumatra. Detta är samma område där den gigantiska liket-blomman (Rafflesia arnoldii) återfinns. Området där denna hoya lever är exceptionellt varmt och fuktigt, varje månad året runt når dagstemperaturerna omkring 30°C med nattemperaturer som endast sjunker till drygt 20°C.
Denna hoya har långa, tunna blad med spetsiga toppar och glänsande vita blommor. Den är en så lättodlad och snabb blommare att den är ett måste för samlaren.
Skötsel
Återskapa en tät skogsmiljö med hög luftfuktighet och värme. Mycket lite, om något, direkt solljus bör träffa växten vid någon tidpunkt på dagen, trivs bäst i ljust, indirekt ljus. Låt substratet torka något mellan vattningarna. Använd väldränerad, luftig jord.
