We clean up after ourselves.
Ecommerce deliveries have a carbon footprint. That's why we support verified projects that remove carbon from the air.
Every delivery’s carbon footprint is calculated based on weight, shipping method, and distance traveled. We neutralize these emissions by purchasing verified carbon removal credits from groundbreaking projects. When you add a contribution to your order, 100% of that money is used to pay for additional carbon removal.
With your purchase, you’ll join a community of proactive merchants and customers dedicated to a sustainable future. Together, we've removed emissions for over 87 million deliveries and removed over 60 thousand tonnes of carbon.
We work with a network of pioneering carbon removal companies that have been vetted by the commerce platform Shopify.
Read before ordering insect traps online [Important].
Our supplier Biobasiq ships insect traps every Monday. Place your order no later than Sunday at 12:00 PM to have it shipped the following Monday. If your order is placed after Sunday, it will be shipped the following Monday. Beneficial insects, leaf shine, and insect traps are shipped to your mailbox; please keep this in mind when ordering during winter if your mailbox is located outdoors. When temperatures drop in early November, orders are shipped to a PostNord collection point instead of to the mailbox.
NOTE! We do not sell, store, or order products from the beneficial insects category (including leaf shine and insect traps) for our physical store.
When using biological control, it is very important to register the first pests in the greenhouse.
The sooner you can identify which pest is attacking, the sooner you can order beneficial insects to begin control. These yellow sticky traps are used specifically for registering and trapping leafminers, fungus gnats, thrips, aphids, and more.
Instructions for use
When setting them up, the yellow side with adhesive should face outward, after which the protective paper is removed. The pests are attracted to the yellow color and then get stuck in the glue. Replace them often, especially if many pests get stuck to the trap. Examine your sticky traps with a magnifying glass or microscope to find out which pests you have in your greenhouse.
