The plant is slow growing and thrives best when given something to climb on, such as a \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.ormbunker.se\/collections\/mosspalar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"\u003emoss stake\u003c\/a\u003e or climbing frame.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e Unlike many other philodendron species, this species prefers shadier conditions and does not seem to like being exposed to too much light.
